HBT Digital currently seeks a Paid Digital Media Specialist; this individual will be responsible for the development and execution of search engine marketing (SEM) and social media advertising campaigns that generate qualified web traffic and conversions for clients.
Paid Media Specialist Responsibilities:
- Manage Search Engine Marketing (Google Ads & Bing) and Social Media Advertising Campaigns (Meta [Facebook/Instagram], LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Full account management of a variety of search, social, display, shopping, and video advertising campaigns
- Create campaigns, implement images/video, and write ad copy
- Monitor Paid Media campaign spends and manage client budgets
- Use analytics, build reports, and communicate results with stakeholders
- Perform ongoing keyword research and discovery, as well as optimize ad copy and landing page functionality
- Schedule, monitor and optimize all online advertising campaigns
- Analyze performance data daily to find trends and opportunities for improvement and areas of weakness with accounts and campaigns
- Conduct technical audits including campaign, ad, keyword, audience, and account analysis
- Research the latest digital trends to drive stronger results
- Analyze campaign and competitor data to provide actionable insights and strategy recommendations
- Assist with internal HBT Digital content creation (videos, photos, blogging)
- Take thorough notes in client meetings, track action items, maintain ad/campaign schedules
- And other job functions as assigned
Requirements:

- Strong computer skills including Excel, Asana, Google Workspace Products, and Slack and job specific programs as applicable: Google Analytics; Google My Business, and Google Tag Manager
- Possess a desire to learn and stay up-to-date with industry knowledge like best practices and marketing channel news/updates
- Have a desire to innovate and pursue a better ways of getting things done

Education And Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- 1-3 years experience in digital advertising, including SEM campaign management (Google & Bing), and social media advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Google Analytics/GA4 and Ads Certification(s) (preferred)
Work Schedule:
- 20 hours/wk part-time employee
- Hybrid Schedule: 1 day in the office per week & work from home
