Description
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate grinder
- Use safe practices and comply with all company policies and procedures
- Comply with health, safety and environmental regulations as required
- Conduct safety observations and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) activities as required by our plant EHS manager
- Maintain work space before, during and after each scheduled shift in accordance with 5S principles
- Completes all paperwork correctly and legibly
- Contribute towards continuous improvement processes and projects in the areas of output, quality, cost and delivery

Qualifications and Experience
- The ability to work independently and as part of the team
- Organizational, planning, documentation, reporting and time management skills
- Basic skills: critical thinking and reading comprehension
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Operate a forklift/tow motor
