In this role, you will set up, repair, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, including Plastic Injection Molding, Thermoforming, and/or Plastic Extrusion processes. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the quality of our products and maintaining a smooth production process. Additionally, you will collect and inspect random shots from molding machines, utilizing inspection procedures, specifications, and blueprints to determine the disposition of parts.

Job Description:
In this role, you will set up, repair, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, including Plastic Injection Molding, Thermoforming, and/or Plastic Extrusion processes. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the quality of our products and maintaining a smooth production process. Additionally, you will collect and inspect random shots from molding machines, utilizing inspection procedures, specifications, and blueprints to determine the disposition of parts.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, repair, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, ancillary equipment, and support equipment.
- Understand the production process as it relates to Plastic Injection Molding, Thermoforming, and/or Plastic Extrusion.
- Make required mold changes and process adjustments and complete color changes as required.
- Monitor the automation of processes to ensure a quality production process.
- Collect and inspect random shots from molding machines. Use inspection procedures, specifications, and blueprints to determine disposition of parts.
Requirements:
- High school diploma and/or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing experience required.
- Previous experience with Plastic Injection Molding, Thermoforming, and/or Plastic Extrusion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to critical think and problem solve with relation to mechanical and production challenges.
