Job Purpose
The purpose of the Senior Network Administrator role is to provide support for the general IT Infrastructure for The HC Companies. This individual will report directly to the IT Infrastructure Manager and collaborate closely with the IT Infrastructure Team to ensure the solid implementation and stable operations of technologies which support the business. (Job Location will be either Middlefield, OH or Twinsburg, OH - TBD)
Key Responsibilities
- Development and Execution of Infrastructure Strategy.
- Analyzing new requirements and developing technical solutions.
- Maintaining high system availability for business systems.
- Troubleshooting issues and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Assist with defining and enforcing IT Policies and Procedures.
- Maintain infrastructure, including (Servers, PCs, Thin Client Terminals, HMI Units, Routers/Switches, Wireless Access Points, Mobile Scanners, Printers)
- Management of Telecommunications: Mitel VOIP and MDM Management and support.
- Asset Lifecycle management: Imaging, Deployment, Tracking, Reclamation and Disposal.
- Participation in cross-functional projects.
- Communication with IT colleagues, internal customers, and end users.
- Travel to support local and remote sites as needed.

- Technical & Functional
- 5 years’ experience in a Network Administration role
- Experience with Hypervisors (ESXi & Hyper-V)
- Experience with computer and server hardware
- Administer Active Directory, DHCP, File and Print Servers, Group Policy Management.
- User Account and group Management: Create/Modify/Delete
- Windows Server OS (2012-Current); Windows OS (All); Patch Management.
- Microsoft 365: Exchange Online; Teams; SharePoint Online; Intune.
- Mobile Device support (Android & iOS)
- The following are desired, but not required.
- Mitel (ShoreTel) VOIP Phone System experience
- Backup Management experience
- Shop Floor Manufacturing Systems experience
- Familiarity with Switch Configuration
- Familiarity with Firewall Management
- Education
- Associate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related Technical Field, or 10 years of related IT experience / Bachelor’s Degree a Plus
- Professional Training and/or Certifications a Plus
