Responsibilities:

Assist carpenters with framing, drywall, finish work, and general carpentry tasks

Learn to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Help maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision

Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times
Qualifications:

Previous construction experience is a plus, but not required

Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced carpenters

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Reliable transportation to and from job sites with a clean background and driving record.
