Role Overview:
As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the sales team to achieve aggressive revenue targets in our Brookshire office in greater Houston. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet company goals.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners in the material handling sector.
- Analyze market trends and competitors (particularly in the forklift industry) to identify opportunities for expansion and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, create reports, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure goals are met.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 total years of experience in sales and 1 years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of managerial or higher positions in the forklift or material handling industry.
- Sales Strategy: Expertise in developing and executing successful sales strategies that result in growth, market share expansion, and revenue generation.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the forklift and material handling industry, including the latest trends, products, and technology advancements.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
