Director of Building Services
A skilled nursing facility is seeking a Director of Building Services to join their team.
Director of Building Services Responsibilities :
- The Director will be ensuring that the resident’s rooms are in good repair, as well as ensure a safe, clean, and orderly environment and help maintain the grounds.
- The Director of Building Services will be overseeing the Maintenance and Housekeeping department as well.
- The Director will help to develop the work schedules of the staff and inspect their work to make sure they are meeting the facility’s cleanliness expectations.
- The Director will also make sure that the staff complies with infection control procedures.
Director of Building Services Requirements :
Salary : Up to $115,000 a year
