Director of Food Service A nursing home seeks a key leadership professional to manage the successful operation of Food & Nutrition Services. The Director of Food Service is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating food services activities including procurement, receiving, storage, preparation, and menu planning. Ideal candidates will have a combination of experience, education, and/or training in food and nutrition services. They should also be qualified as a Dietetic Technician and/or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM).
