The Long Term Care Coordination Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of staffing operations, including scheduling, HR, and payroll management. • Manage and coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve staffing efficiency and productivity

• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Provide regular updates to the DON on staffing levels and agency usage
Requirements
• 3 years of experience in long term care staffing coordination
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
