- A strong understanding and skill in design of water, stormwater, and wastewater utilities with cradle-to-grave competency including
- Preliminary Engineering Report
- sNew and Rehabilitation Design
- sProject Manual Preparation including Construction Contact Documents and Technical Specification
- sProject Advertisement, Bidding, and Construction Administratio
- nExperience with design of water distribution systems and / or sanitary sewer collectio
- nFamiliarity with federal, state and local agency regulations, primarily concerning municipal water and wastewater project
- sA foundational knowledge of project management techniques would be a plus, or the desire to expand these skills for the future management of projects
