The Enterprise Account Director will be instrumental in driving the sales process and contribute directly to the company’s growth strategy. What You’ll Do
- Identify and target potential healthcare organizations, including hospitals and health systems to promote our software and professional services solutions
- Conduct assessments, financial analysis, and product demos to showcase how our software and standard clinical consulting services can improve lab operations and patient care
- Create mid-range and short term business plans to support annual revenue growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hospital/health system decision-makers and stakeholders within prospective and existing clients (c-suite)
- Align internal resources to address customer needs, ensure successful integration and adoption of selected solutions
- Coordinate and drive new business activities from start to finish, including the execution of contracts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting healthcare technology
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond
- National travel up to 50% of the time
- Complete other duties as assigned
What you bring:
- 6 years experience selling software and/or clinical services in the healthcare industry
- Consistent track record in closing large enterprise deals within clinical laboratories
- Ability to grasp technical concepts and articulate as well as present to C-Level executives
- Ability to support multiple projects
- Experience with selling new solutions and computing platforms to Enterprise customers
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, building pipelines, and closing business
