What You’ll Do
- Design and implement integrated demand generation campaigns across digital channels, content marketing, events, and account-based marketing to drive qualified leads and pipeline
- Develop and execute a robust marketing funnel strategy to nurture prospects through awareness, consideration, and decision stages
- Build a data-driven approach to campaign measurement with clear KPIs tied to pipeline and revenue goals
- Create compelling content that addresses customer pain points and showcases hc1 Insights' unique value proposition
- Implement marketing automation strategies to scale lead generation and nurturing efforts
- Partner with sales to develop effective lead scoring, qualification, and handoff processes
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize marketing spend and maximize conversion rates
- Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and targeted advertising
- Oversee marketing technology stack to streamline campaign execution and performance tracking
- Conduct market research to identify target audience segments and refine positioning strategies
- Develop and maintain a detailed demand marketing budget aligned with pipeline and revenue targets
- Track and report on marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline metrics
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform campaign strategies
- Collaborate with product teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies for new solutions
- Complete other duties as assigned
What you bring:
- 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation and performance marketing
- Proven track record of building and scaling demand programs that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue
- Experience with healthcare software and services marketing is highly desired
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and campaign analytics tools
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance optimization techniques
- Data-driven approach to campaign measurement and ROI analysis
- Experience developing targeted content strategies aligned with buyer personas and journey stages
- BS degree in Marketing or related field (Master's degree would be a plus)
- Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution capabilities
