Qualified Candidates :
- Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Previous leadership experience preferred with demonstrated department operation efficiency
- Identifies and executes on quality improvement initiatives
- Dedicated focus on patient satisfaction
- Develop relationship and attend hospital meetings with C-suite, alongside Senior Vice President and Department of Operations
