Job Summary: As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing diagnostic imaging services to patients. Your tasks and responsibilities will include preparing and positioning patients and equipment, accurately performing sonogram examinations, and recording and processing ultrasound images.
Qualifications: To be successful as an Ultrasound Technologist, you will need a two-year Allied Health degree or completion of a 12-month CAAHEP-approved program. General Vascular experience is highly preferred. You must also hold valid ARDMS certification or RVT/Registered Vascular Tech certification within 1 year of employment. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
