About the Job:
This is a great opportunity for a talented and motivated RN to join our team. As a RN Clinical Coordinator, you will work closely with our nursing staff to provide exceptional patient care. You will assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of Med/Surg patients, instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions, and maintain and review patients' records.
