Job Summary and Qualifications
What qualifications you will need :
The Medical Simulation Specialist is responsible for integrating, maintaining, and operating computer and audio-video (AV) technology. This includes manikin and surrounding simulation lab equipment. The Medical Simulation Specialist plays an essential role in facilitating medical simulation for the division.
What you will do in this role :
You will monitor and ensure simulation- and education-based technologies are maintained to ensure minimal downtime.
What qualifications you will need for this role :
Bachelor's Degree in Child Life Specialist Program or a related field with a major in Child Development, Child and Family Studies, Psychology, Early Childhood Education or similar field.
One year previous experience as Child Life Specialist or completion of internship program in an acute care facility.
