Job Description
We are seeking an RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our orthopedic team. As a key member of our department, you will ensure high-quality patient-centered care and coordinate all functions during designated shifts.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes for efficient throughput and high-quality care
- Participate in ongoing assessment of quality patient care services provided in the unit
- Support engagement initiatives, such as employee rounding and hourly rounds
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- Current RN licensure in Florida
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar nursing leadership role
- Strong knowledge of clinical practices and procedures
