About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CSICU). As a valued member of our healthcare family, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient-centered care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care.
- Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
- Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
- Assist with staff scheduling and manage all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.
- Support proper inventory control and assist with managing supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma.
- Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Registered Nurse.
