We know that every nurse's path and purpose is unique. We are seeking a dynamic RN to join our Float Pool team. As a float pool nurse, you will have the unique ability to 'float' between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.
Job Summary
You will serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality. You will facilitate patient care, making nursing assessments and diagnosis, and provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required.
- 2 years' of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting is required.
- Current BLS is required; Current ACLS is preferred, but required within 6 months of hire.
- A BSN is preferred.
