Job Summary and Qualifications
We are seeking a Charge Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to provide clinical expertise and ensure high-quality, efficient care in a medical surgical environment as a leader.
You will assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of Med/Surg patients, instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions, maintain and review patients' records, administer medications in accordance with physician orders, and provide leadership to your nursing team during your designated shift.
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
- Licenses as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN Preferred.
- American Heart Association BLS.
- Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute care setting preferred.
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
