Description
We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to join our Neuro Telemetry Team at HCA Florida Citrus Hospital. As a CNC, you will be responsible for ensuring and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
- Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
Requirements:
- Licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN Preferred.
- American Heart Association BLS certification required.
- American Heart Association ACLS certification preferred.
- Minimum of one year applicable RN experience in acute care setting required.
