Job Summary : Job Description :
Group is seeking an orthopaedic Hand Surgeon to join their practice in the Florida Panhandle area.
Qualified Candidates :
Must be board certified or board eligible in orthopaedics.
Must be fellowship-trained in hand surgery.
Elbow and below desired, but not required. Replants not required.
Must be willing to perform hand and general orthopaedic surgery.
The practice is willing to consider an exceptional Fellow coming out of training.
Opportunity :
Practice call split evenly among physician group.
Minority or equally shared hand call at the hospital’s level II Trauma ER. Call is compensated separately
Base salary guarantee, benefits package and moving allowance.
After guarantee period, production model with bonus capability.
Possible fellowship stipend available.
Track to partnership, real estate and Ambulatory Surgery Center buy-in. Access to 5 hospitals and 2 ambulatory surgery centers.
No state income tax.
