Job Summary and Qualifications

Responsible for all functions in respective Surgical Services areas inclusive of the Main OR, Open Heart, OR Materials/ Billing personnel and Surgical Services Educator.

What qualifications you will need:

• Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing Bachelors Degree from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  
• Minimum 3 years Circulating OR clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting
  
• Minimum 1 year experience as a full time Charge Nurse/ Coordinator, Nursing Administrative Supervisor, or Nursing Management

Our services include trauma, burn, surgical, women’s and children’s services, behavioral health and diagnostic services. We have two full service free-standing ER facilities.
