  • Unit staffing description / Department structure : Director, Manager, 1 Supervisor / charge therapist per shift, and regular staff
  • Type of equipment : High Flow Devices, 3100A, Bunnell, Servo’s, continuous nebulizers, Nitric Oxide, Heliox, and regular nebulizers
  • Documentation system : Meditech
  • Floating policy : may provide coverage for regular adult floors for nebulizer therapy, BIPAP, CPT, etc.

    • Job Requirements

  • Must have : BLS, NRP, PALS
  • 2 years of current acute care hospital RRT experience
  • Preferred : candidates with previous Meditech experience
  • Advanced skills needed : Current NICU / PICU experience

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Multidisciplinary approach to patient care and collaborative in nature
  • Best personality fit : Team player, critical thinker, patient care focus, fast paced, Adaptable to change
