Job Summary And Qualifications
What you will do in this role:
- Oversee and participate in the coordination of care for the pre-post transplant recipient.
- Participate in rounding and proactively respond to patient needs to improve patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively and work with physicians and/or other members of the interdisciplinary team.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
- Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute care setting preferred.
- Previous experience in clinical area of assignment preferred.
- Current FL RN License required or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held, active FL RN license required within 60 days of hire.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Must be able to successfully complete established competencies for the position within designated probationary period.
- Demonstrated patient teaching skills and compliance with protocol management of Patients.
- Member of NATCO and UNOS.
