HCA Florida Largo West Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Behavioral Care Nurse Practitioner. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver holistic patient treatment plans that promote recovery.
You will assess patient condition during admission and throughout each shift, identifying any changes in patient status and reporting them to medical providers. You will also perform procedures and monitoring as ordered by physicians, document the administration of care in the patient medical record, and strive to anticipate patient needs and resolve them proactively.
