There are 2 positions available. One will cover the North side of Jacksonville and the other will cover the South side of Jacksonville.
We are looking for someone to commit up to 20 hours per week.

Job Summary and Qualifications
The Emergency Services Coordinator PRN acts as a liaison between HCA Florida Memorial Hospital, our Free Standing Emergency Departments, and area Emergency Medical Services (EMS) providers.
- You will serve as an advocate of the hospital with local, regional, and state EMS agencies.
- You will assist with hospital disaster preparedness recommendations.
- You will develop and implement a business plan, driving service line growth, and improving operations in terms of quality and processes.
- You will monitor service trends and delivery of Emergency Services, ensuring collaboration across all care settings within the facility as it relates to EMS
- You will attend Advisory Meetings for both local (North Florida) and state scheduled in Jacksonville
- You will attend First Coast Disaster Council as it relates to EMS support from HCA Florida Memorial Hospital
- You will develop quality reviews in collaboration with JFRD, Fire & Rescue Quality Department
- You will schedule ride-along program and clinical rotation for Memorial staff and paramedics
- You will assist with EMS recognition to foster a positive relationship with the facility and the community
What qualifications you will need:
- Thorough knowledge of Emergency Management Services.
- 5 years of experience as Paramedic highly preferred.
- EMS or Hospital Emergency experience would be considered
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Bachelor degree preferred.
