Job Summary And Qualifications
Job Summary:
The TCT/Oncology Outpatient Nurse Manager is responsible to maintain accountability for the supervision, coordination and evaluation of activities of the staff of the assigned units. He/she ensures patient needs are met in accordance with instructions of physicians and the TCT Program and Hospital policies and procedures. In addition, he/she coordinates the organizational improvement activities of the clinics. He/she manages financial aspects of the assigned units, including but not limited to use of man-hours, equipment, and supplies. The nurse manager coordinates department workflow processes to assure patients receive quality care from all departments and that resources are efficiently utilized. He/she monitors and seeks assistance when needed for the assigned units’ issues especially regarding ethical and legal concerns.

What qualifications you will need:
- Associate's Degree required. BSN or MSN preferred
- Currently licensed as a RN in the state(s) of Florida and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation
- OCN and/or BMTCN Certification preferred
- Prior experience working within a “Transplant & Cellular Therapy (TCT) / Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) / Blood and Marrow transplant program is highly preferred
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
