As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in leading and coordinating care in our freestanding ER.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care and coordinating all functions in the unit/department during their designated shift. They will work closely with other members of the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serve as a resource person for staff, and model a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values.
Key qualifications include:
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- An Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 60 months of employment start date.
- BASIC LIFE SUPPORT (BLS) certification.
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification within 60 months of employment start date.
- NON-VIOLENT CRISIS INTERVENTION (NCI) certification within 90 days of employment start date.
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification within 60 months of employment start date.
