Certification Details ACLS BLS PALS Job Details Unit Information : OR RN (701) Facility : HCA FLORIDA NORTHWEST HOSPITAL Address : 2801 North State Road 7, Margate, FL 33063 Floor : 1st floor Building : Main Cost Center : 701 Number of Beds : 7 beds Number of Staff : Varies on volume, clinical coordinator for all specialty service lines Patient Ratios : 1 : 1 Type of Equipment : Robotics, Spine, Vascular Documentation System : Meditech Call Requirements : On-call is required of 1-2 shifts during the week and 1 weekend shift per 4-week period. Must be able to Scrub and a circulator that knows all service lines. Rotating weekends are a possibility. Job Requirements Must have : ACLS, BLS 2 years current experience in acute OR setting, ortho, spine and joint replacement experience Knee and Hip replacement experience PALS, CNOR any Charge experience preferred Schedule Information On-call is required of 1-2 shifts during the week and 1 weekend shift per 4-week period. Rotating weekends are a possibility.
