- Perform laboratory testing, including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunohematology
- Maintain quality control procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in proficiency testing and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
Requirements
- A 2-year/Associate Degree in Medical Technology is required, while a 4-year/Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology is preferred
- A State of Florida Technologist License is required OR the ability to obtain a license during the interview process
- Experience as a Medical Technologist is highly valued, but not essential
