The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, Nursing, Pharmacy, or other Allied Health Profession, with related experiences in healthcare value analysis, clinical supply chain, or acute care hospital performance. Three to five years of value analysis/clinical/hospital leadership experience are preferred.
As a Clinical Resource Director, you will develop relationships and collaborate with facility leadership and staff, physicians, and supply chain to identify, develop, and implement continuous quality improvement and cost containment processes for supplies, technology, and labor practices.
