Job Summary :
HCA Florida Healthcares North Florida Division is seeking a Regional Medical Director to join our Emergency Medicine Service Line for the greater Orlando area.
Qualified Candidates :
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
- Must reside in the greater Orlando area
- Previous leadership experience with demonstrated department operational efficiency
- Ability to manage new contract start-ups
- Proficiency in performing complex tasks
- Identifies and executes on quality improvement initiatives
- Dedicated focus on patient satisfaction
- Oversee and manage market affairs in real time
- Develop relationship and attend hospital meetings with C-suite, alongside Senior Vice President
