About the Job:
- This is a Per Diem / PRN position that requires weekend coverage (and possibly some weekdays) for acute care.
- The successful candidate will have experience in providing evaluations and treatment interventions within the scope of practice established by law and professional code of ethics.
- You will assess and evaluate therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status and participate in the development of the total plan of care.
- In addition, you will provide purposeful and skilled therapeutic care at patients' homes, using procedures and techniques to produce a change in condition/function consistent with the physician's plan of care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
