Seeking a Non-Technical Supervisor to provide expertise and champion results. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels the patient experience is as meaningful as we do.

You Will:

• Supervise laboratory non-technical personnel and daily operations
• Supervise personnel, processes, service levels, and regulatory compliance. Functional areas of responsibility may include, but are not limited to specimen collection, specimen processing and specimen referral testing. Performs non-technical duties in areas of responsibility as required.
• Be responsible for achieving department goals for service, quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance, personnel management, patient satisfaction, healthy work environment, and integration of intra and inter-departmental activities
• Screens, interviews and selects qualified individuals for open positions within the department
• Reviews and approves payroll time sheets, purchasing requisitions, check requests, and scheduling requests
• Completes and conducts performance evaluations for all staff under direct supervision

You Should Have:

• H.S. Diploma or GED required; Vocational or Technical education is helpful
• 3-5 years’ experience in specimen collection or processing
• Clinical laboratory experience preferred
