Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CT Technologist PRN to join our team. As a vital member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for operating Cat Scan equipment, positioning patients for diagnostic radiographs, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Cat Scan equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Position patients safely and comfortably for radiographic procedures
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and diagnostic results
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification, with ARRT (CT) certification required within one year of hire
- State of Florida Registered Radiologic Technologist license
- Associate Degree in Radiological Technology or equivalent experience
