Job Requirements
Must have hospital case management experience for RN Case Manager
Social Worker must be an MSW with hospital case management experience
Familiarity with Meditech & MIDAS applications
Schedule Information
Day Shift : 8 : 00 am – 4 : 30 pm
Night Shift : N / A

ICU & PCU Step Down Unit
Telemetry and some behavioral health on 2nd Floor
Med-Surg on 3rd Floor
Ortho, Med-Surg and Telemetry on 4th Floor
