Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Regional Materials Manager to support our ambulatory surgery centers. You will oversee the planning and coordination of instrumentation, supplies and equipment for cases within a variety of centers in a specified region. You will be responsible for maximizing cost effectiveness, monitoring inventory levels and maintaining accurate and complete records across our centers to support superior patient care. Your goal as a Regional Materials Manager is to provide your centers with a planned, organized and controlled flow of materials.

  • You will establish and maintain levels of controls for materials across multiple centers
  • Manage purchases for your centers
  • You will process accounts payable in conjunction with your Business Office Supervisor
  • Establish PAR stock levels for all your centers
  • You will be responsible for contract negotiation and pricing
  • You will prepare goods for return and ship goods from center to center, as necessary

What you should have for this role

  • Some college preferred
  • Minimum (1) year of experience in a medical office setting highly preferred
  • Some accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred
  • BLS may be required per facility standard
