Job Summary and Qualifications
Job Summary – Supports the assigned contracting teams in all financial respects for sourcing events. Works both independently and collaboratively to provide various financial and savings/opportunity analyses for HealthTrust clients. This includes preparing market share data, analyzing vendor proposals and preparing detailed data for financial analysis.

Duties (included but not limited to):
Accurate and timely savings and opportunity analysis of vendor pricing proposals
Data cleansing and analysis of purchase histories obtained through Requests for Information and internal data sources
Support Sourcing team throughout vendor negotiations
Effective communication of results to finance and sourcing team leads
Ensure accuracy and completeness of detailed pricing files as related to contracting projects
Evaluate price and product amendments to purchasing agreements
Development of methodologies for performing financial and opportunity analysis of proposals and improving processes
Ad Hoc requests from management
Ongoing financial assistance as it relates to the management of purchasing agreements
Interacts daily with both internal and external individuals
Accepts feedback well and works to improve performance when needed
Performs other related duties as assigned
Financial analysis and heavy attention to detail
Strong experience in MS Excel is required with Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI experience preferred
Excellent communication (verbal and written) required
Excellent interpersonal skills
Organization skills required
Innovative and Self-Motivated
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business

3-5 years of relevant experience
