General Information : The unit includes a 37 bed Level II Trauma Center specializing in medical, neurosurgery including care of patients with ventriculostomy and Camino, post-operative open heart surgery patients, VV and AV ECMO.
Patient Ratios : 2 : 1 1 : 1 depending on acuity.
Job Requirements
1-2 years’ experience required.
CVICU / CTICU experience for night positions preferred.
2 years of ICU experience preferred.
Schedule Information
Night Shift : 7P - 7A
Unit Specific Information
Number of Staff : 93
Type of Staff : 1 Charge, 13-17 staff on both day and night shifts.
Type of equipment : Stryker beds, Avea ventilators, GE monitors, Hospira plumb A IV pumps, Maquet IABP, Vigilance II monitors, Impella, ECMO.
