Job Summary And Qualifications
This position supports the mission of HealthONE/HCA. The Breast Center Lead tech exemplifies professionalism through clinical practice, strong leadership skills, adhering to the facilities policies and procedures, and completing training/orientation activities for staff. They delegate duties to staff members within their scope of practice and act as a resource for clinical communication issues to other staff. The daily operational workflow is directed by the Breast Center Lead Technologist to ensure timely and quality service is delivered. The Breast Center Lead Technologist is responsible for communicating department protocols, holding daily huddles, and being a role model for AIDET in conjunction with the Breast Center Supervisor and the Breast Center Medical director. The lead technologist will also perform additional operating duties including: looking at PLUS daily and making adjustments to staffing as necessary, assisting with keeping the department survey ready, ensuring studies are verified in PACS and other duties as assigned. When need arises, will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

What qualifications you will need:
- Current ARRT (R) (M) Certification required. Current BLS required from AHA or ARC.
- ARRT Mammography Registered or Registry Eligible
- Minimum 2 years of technical experience. Supervisory experience preferred
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
- Registered Radiology Technologist Mammographer, or Certified Mammographer
