About the Job:
This position supports the mission of The Medical Center of Aurora/Centennial hospital in optimizing quality of life of all those served by expanding beyond the traditional focus on medical needs to the needs of the whole person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, focusing on individualized attention and compassion
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized patient plans that address physical, emotional, and social needs
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
- CURRENT LICENSE IN THE STATE OF COLORADO AS A REGISTERED NURSE OR CURRENT ACTIVE MULTISTATE REGISTERED NURSE LICENSE
- BASIC LIFE SUPPORT (BLS) CERTIFICATION THROUGH THE AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION OR AMERICAN RED CROSS REQUIRED
- CERTIFICATION IN SPECIALTY OR LIKE SPECIALTY PREFERRED
