Number of Beds - 21
Number of Staff – 45
Type of staff : Day Shift – 1 Charge Nurse with no patient assignment, 6-8 nurses
Night Shift - same
Patient Ratios – 2 : 1 ICU standard nurse to patient ratio, unless the pt is step down status then 3 : 1 or very high acuity, then 1 : 1
Type of equipment – Hospira IV pumps
EMR - Meditech
Skill Set Most recruited for : (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Vasopressor IV drip titration, ventilator management, Care of Sepsis, arrhythmias, med / surg critical care patients
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Cardiac experience, CRRT
Best personality Fit : Team oriented, Good sense of humor
Schedule Information
Required to work every 3rd weekend, one major winter holiday, self-scheduling, float to Telemetry and other HealthOne hospitals
