Patient Ratios – 1 RN to 2 pts, but we do have overflow, ratios can increase.
Type of equipment – Lenet beds, GE monitors
EMR - Meditech
Typical hiring profile : Skill Set Most recruited for : (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have : neuro, trauma
Preferred or nice to have : Neuro certification
List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Rapid intubation, chest tubes, EVD
Best personality Fit : Flexible, willing to change assignments mid shift to accommodate acuity.
