Under the supervision of the radiologist, supervisor and a registered technologist, performs procedures in accordance with established protocols for patients of all ages. Responsible for maintaining expert technical and patient-care skills and providing quality diagnostic results. Individual utilizes radiation protection for patients and employees. Individual administers contrast media and responsible for preparing sterile tray and / or fields. Individual assists patients and physicians as directed. Prepares, processes, and documents information to complete exams. When need arises, will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
