Parallon provides full-service revenue cycle management and, ultimately, total patient account resolution for HCA Healthcare. These services include scheduling, registration, insurance verification, hospital billing, revenue integrity, insurance collections, payment compliance, credentialing, health information management, customer service, payroll, physician and specialty services billing. In addition, through our Customer Service Operations division, Parallon supports all HCA Healthcare colleagues with contact center functions performed by the HR customer service and IT service desks. These operational services include: Medicaid Eligibility, Contact Center Services, Insurance Services: AR Legacy Resolution, Physician Billing & A/R Resolution and Bad Debt Collections.
This position will support Swedish Medical Center along with additional HCA hospitals in Denver Colorado, within the Patient Access area. Qualified candidates must live in the Denver Market area.

During the program:
- Rotational learning and development across departments
- Department specific technical and field training
- Special projects and interim opportunities

After the program:
- Gain a well-rounded understanding of patient-centered revenue cycle operations
- Practical management experience situations
- Knowledge of leadership tactics and management styles and how they apply to your area of interest
- Options to be considered or interview for opportunities across HCA Healthcare and Parallon, including the Shared Service Centers
Qualifications
- 12-24 month commitment to the LEAD Program
- BS or BA degree required (or working towards the completion of a BA or BS). Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Science, & Hospitality degrees are a plus.
- MBA degree helpful but not required
- Overall GPA must be a minimum 3.0 for BS or BA and MBA (if applicable)
- Able to rotate throughout various hospital shifts
- Experience in healthcare, healthcare management or finance is preferred
