Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality patient care and coordinate all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift
* Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement plans to improve patient care and promote a positive work environment
* Evaluate and assess nursing care and make recommendations for improvement
* Develop and implement competency and staff development programs to enhance nursing skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Current Colorado Registered Nurse License or valid compact license
* Current BLS, American Heart Association or American Red Cross, required
* Bachelor Science Nursing or actively pursuing with completion within 3 years of hire required
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
* Minimum of 2 years clinical RN experience required
* Two years progressive supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
