Job Summary and Qualifications
Assumes responsibility for the telecommunication processes of the facility to include handling various codes and other emergent type occurrences. Employee will be responsible for knowledge and skill necessary to provide care based on physical, psychological, educational, safety and related criteria for the neonate, infant, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric population.

What qualifications you will need:
- Three years PBX Operator, communications, or customer service experience in a healthcare setting
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Must be able to work under stress and be emotionally capable of coping with complex and/or changing conditions.
- Requires the ability to prioritize, problem solve, make sound decisions, and work on a team
