Job Summary and Qualifications
Provides support to the maintenance staff by coordinating maintenance activities for plant operations staff daily work load to improve performance and delivered services in a safe manner. Provides input to Director regarding employee issues. Evaluates and prioritizes maintenance requests. Monitors all department process improvement activities and shares information with staff. Monitors, maintains, troubleshoots and repairs mechanical and electrical systems contained within the Central Energy Plant such as boilers, generators, HVAC, electrical breakers, medical gas systems, water filtration systems, etc to ensure all are maintained in proper working condition, monitors Engineering Central program, energy management and tube system.
