Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Manager of Facility Management for our facility to ensure we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role:

• You will assist the Director of Facilities Management in the overall operations of the Facilities Department.
• You will perform and supervises preventive maintenance schedules.
• You will manage repairs, supervises and assists with emergency and major repair jobs, and inspects the building and grounds.
• You will order equipment and supplies as appropriate for continued efficient repair and maintenance operations.
• You will collaborate with the Environment of Care Committee to detect, minimize and control fire hazards and other Safety issues.
• You will demonstrate fiscal responsibility by taking ownership of time management, decreasing waste (of time and supplies) and promoting cost effectiveness while maintaining patient safety and quality of care.

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• Stationary Engineer, City Of Houston Stationary Engineers License 3rd Grade is required - 1st Grade is preferred
• High School Graduate / GED
• No Travel Required
• 5 years experience Required Years of Experience
